Our Purpose
The organization's name represents all that it encompasses. The 'Co' is more than company.
'Co' is conversation, commitment, cognizance, comprehension, cosmopolitan, consciousness, counterpoints, coaching, coalition, conduit, and coexistence.
The teams are Human Resources, Philanthropy, Alumni Relations, Finance, Marketing, Corporate Relations, DEI, and Professional Development.
Women & Co. acts as a conduit for women to engage, educate, and empower other individuals. Women & Co. engages in networking events and workshops to develop professionally. Further, the organization works with the IU community as a whole to educate students on how women can be successful throughout their personal and professional careers. Women & Co. plans events focused around open dialogue and communication to empower one another and develop personally.
