Do I have to be in the business school to apply?Nope! While we are a business-focused organization, Women & Co. is open to all interested majors across Indiana University.

What does the recruitment process look like?Throughout the recruitment season, you can talk with us at the student organization events for both IU and Kelley. Our overall recruitment process includes an optional Call-Out Meeting, an Online Application, a Networking Night (invite only) , and two rounds of In-Person Interviews (invite only).
